Flights Booking ...

1. Search for the appropriate airfare from FARESEARCH.
2. Click <
Info> button to read all sales conditions related to the selected fare.
3. Click <
Book> button to submit your Air Booking Request form.
4. We will process your booking request and revert as soon as possible.

Tour and Packages Booking ...

1. Search for the appropriate package from PACKAGESEARCH.
2. Send us full passengers name, travelling dates & hotel preferred by email.
3. We will process your booking request and revert as soon as possible..

How to make payment for tickets and/or tour package ...

Once we confirm the booking with you, we will email or fax the credit card authorisation form to you, and you can then fill in the details and fax it back to us. As soon as we receive your charge form, we will process your ticket order accordingly. We accept AX, MASTER & VISA cards subject to 3% surcharge.

How to collect your tickets ...

All tickets can be collected from our office during office hours.
We offer free delivery services for sending tickets to hotels in Hong Kong.
Tickets can also be sent by COURIER SERVICE subject to surcharge.

Hotel Booking ...

1. About our room rates ...
All rates shown in our system are inclusive of tax and service charge and all bookings must be made through our office only. Room rates may be changed during hotel peak season period which will be advised at time of booking confirmation. In such case, you can cancel your booking in advance without any cancellation fee.
Note: All rates are
not applicable to hotel corporate clients.

2. How to make your hotel reservation ...
Select the hotel you prefer from our HOTEL FINDER and click the (book) area to get to the hotel booking form. Please complete all the details and submit the hotel booking form, by clicking on the Submit Booking Form button.
Note: If you need to make reservation for different countries, please re-select hotel and use a separate booking form.

3. How to get your hotel confirmation ...
All bookings will be processed as soon as possible and we will endeavour to send booking status to you within next 24 office-working hours. Therefore, it may take sometime to receive a reply from us, if you submit a hotel booking request during weekend and public holidays.

4. How to make payment for hotel booking ...
Payment to be made by credit card (there is no card handling fee for hotel booking). Credit Card Authorization Charge Form will be emailed or faxed to you together with the booking confirmation and you should fill in the form with all the details and fax it back to us to secure your booking. Payment will be made and charged to your credit card 7 days prior to the hotel check-in date.
During high season period, most hotel bookings require guarantee at time of booking. In such case, payment will be made at the time of booking confirmed.

5. How to change or cancel your hotel booking ...
All alteration/cancellation of booking must be made 7 days prior to check-in date and must be notified to us. In case of last minute and/or flight cancellation and you cannot contact us, you should inform the hotel to cancel or alter your booking and inform the same to our office later.

6. Cancellation Fee & Refund Penalty ...
In case that you cancel your booking less than 7 days, there will be one night room charge in most cases. Note:
All guaranteed bookings during high season are strictly non-refundable which will usually be advised at time of booking confirmation.
Early check-out must be notified to hotel reception and to us well in advance in order to apply for refund.
